THE 3D LABS / PRIVACY NOTICE
Privacy notice
Revised November 3, 2026 (UTC). This notice covers The 3D Labs website and information used to answer inquiries, fulfill orders and run our staff workspace. Information and use. We receive names, contact details, messages, order/design details and files you provide. Staff records include order status, dates, prices, payment-method/status information, sales, expenses, member earnings/reimbursements and change history. We use these to communicate, prepare quotes, produce and fulfill orders, keep business records, resolve issues and protect our services. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive identification documents. Services and recipients. Records and uploaded files are held in our privately operated systems and recovery copies. Authorized staff and administrators handle them. Cloudflare supports website delivery/security; Google handles business email and Meta handles Facebook messages. Authentik supports staff sign-in. Payment services used for an agreed order handle payments under their own policies; our records may include payment and transaction details, but this website has no card-entry checkout. These providers receive information needed for their services. A third-party service you choose may associate activity with your account or activity elsewhere under its own policies. Visits and cookies. Hosting/security services may process IP addresses, requested pages and technical information. Cloudflare network-error reporting lets supported browsers send failed-connection diagnostics to Cloudflare to troubleshoot connectivity. Staff sign-in uses essential session cookies. The public pages have no consumer account sign-up. Our website application does not currently implement an automated response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. These signals are distinct. Service providers may process these signals under their own policies, and this statement does not limit rights under applicable law. Retention and protection. We retain information for the inquiry/order, accounting, legal, security and recovery needs it serves. Removing orders/files from staff view may leave recoverable records, history or backups; removal does not necessarily erase them. We use access restrictions and other safeguards, but no system is guaranteed secure. Your requests. Email [email protected] to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of your information. Depending on your residence and applicable law, additional rights or exceptions may apply. Describe your request and enough context to locate the records; do not send sensitive ID documents. We may ask for proportionate confirmation of identity or authority. We assess requests under applicable law, including required recordkeeping and response periods. Changes. We will post revisions here with an updated date and identify material changes in this notice, with any additional notice required by law. This revision clarifies Cloudflare error reporting and recoverable removal.
